  • United Arab Emirates: 1 business day

  • All other international destinations: 2 to 5 business days

We ship worldwide. Shipping zones and rates are determined based on DHL’s global zone classification system. Your zone and applicable rate (if any) will be automatically calculated at checkout or according to our pricing strategy.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Velora Vie is not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

We are unable to influence or predict customs fees and recommend consulting your local customs authority for more information prior to placing your order.



9.Β Lost or Damaged Shipments

All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage. In the event of a lost, missing, or damaged shipment, Velora Vie will offer a full refund or replacement upon confirmation of the issue by DHL.
